I haven’t been great about blogging the weddings I’ve shot in the last year or so. And when I say “haven’t been great” I mean that I haven’t done it…at all. Blogging is time consuming, yo!
However, since this is my LAST wedding ever I couldn’t resist sharing.
Sigh…I will miss this.
It was such an honor to capture this day for Elizabeth and Jack. Elizabeth is my husband’s cousin so I was there as a photogaguest. Once the reception started I gave the reigns to my second shooter and grabbed a drink(s) and danced the night away.
So happy for these two. To the pictures!!
My favorite thing about these next two shots is my husband photo-bombing in the background – he tried to get out of the way and failed miserably. Way to go, Joe!
Here are some completely unscripted Daddy/Daughter feelings for ya.
I kept trying to get Elizabeth to pose in a very serious and bridal way – and there are plenty of those shots in their gallery – but THIS shot is just her. Love her laid-back bridal style.
Meanwhile…
Time to get mawwied!!! Here’s Elizabeth hiding in the bridal suite..
The lip!!!!
Love this shot of Elizabeth’s Mother and Grandmother watching her come down the aisle…
Married!!!
Big thanks to Tricia for capturing the reception!
Sue, I’m right there with you. Elizabeth and her Father danced to “I Loved Her First” by Heartland. Seriously, if you have a daughter I dare you to listen to that song without losing it. I was sitting at my table SOBBING, like all normal fringe relatives do 🙂
Elizabeth and Jack, CONGRATS to one of the sweetest couples ever!!!!
Phew. 37 weddings shot, edited and delivered. I’m going to Disneyland!!!
